Does Support Unlock Extra Features?
No. The ballot tables, profiles, and analytics remain available to everyone. Contributions help maintain and develop the site.
How Do I Cancel Recurring Support?
In PayPal, open Settings, then Payments, then Automatic Payments. Select Poll Behavior and cancel the recurring payment. Cancellation stops future payments; it does not refund earlier contributions. Contact us if you need help identifying the payment.
Will My Name Be Public?
Only if you request a shout-out and consent to publishing your chosen name or alias. PayPal may share your payment name and contact details with us so we can manage payments; we do not automatically publish them. See our Privacy Policy.
What If I Need a Refund?
Email pollbehavior@protonmail.com with the payment date and transaction reference. We review refund requests individually. See the Support Terms for details.
