Partial list of conference and national titles compiled from the cited Wikipedia conference and team pages, checked 2026-10-05. Conference tournament, regular-season and division titles are separate entries; seasons use the starting year. Earlier titles in conferences outside Division I, unlabeled or ambiguous years, and any title not found on a cited page are omitted, so absence is not zero. Regular-season entries from team infobox lists do not distinguish outright from shared titles unless marked shared. ASUN entries include seasons when the conference was named Atlantic Sun or Trans America Athletic Conference. Atlantic Sun regular-season entries before 2013 may be division-level titles, since the league played in divisions then.
