Partial list of conference and national titles compiled from the cited Wikipedia conference and team pages, checked 2026-10-05. Conference tournament, regular-season and division titles are separate entries; seasons use the starting year. Earlier titles in conferences outside Division I, unlabeled or ambiguous years, and any title not found on a cited page are omitted, so absence is not zero. Regular-season entries from team infobox lists do not distinguish outright from shared titles unless marked shared.
