1 Horizon League Regular-Season Championship
- 2022–23
Partial list of conference and national titles compiled from the cited Wikipedia conference and team pages, checked 2026-10-05. Conference tournament, regular-season and division titles are separate entries; seasons use the starting year. Earlier titles in conferences outside Division I, unlabeled or ambiguous years, and any title not found on a cited page are omitted, so absence is not zero. Regular-season entries from team infobox lists do not distinguish outright from shared titles unless marked shared. Horizon League entries include seasons when the conference used its earlier names (Midwestern City Conference, Midwestern Collegiate Conference).
